What we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our products, or communicate with us. This includes account details (name, email, organization), and content you create (voice recordings, transcripts, photos, form submissions).

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve the Fillvox service, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use customer voice recordings to train general-purpose AI models.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We hold SOC 2 Type II certification. See our Security page for details.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@fillvox.example and we’ll respond within 30 days.
